Surviving Ceres

Thought this game would be more pleasing to the eye, but most of the items in the game looks like it was made for Roblox. The game had potential, but it seems like this game was rushed. The boss fights are way too easy when most bugs won't even target the turrets. All of the tier 2 equipment is completely useelss as there is no need to stay underwater long, and there is no radiation zones. A lot of the items of the part factory are never needed and some parts even have the wrong description. Again, I played to the end out of curiousity, but I didn't even see any complex creatures roaming the land once I accomplished that stage (95%). I don't always stop at graphics, but this could have easily been a much better game if given the time! I know it's a solo dev, and to you I say, good job, great concept, but I hope you'll be giving this game some much needed love in future updates!

Have your defences stand the ground as you perform Capitalism, exporting luxury goods to Earth as the locals sleep with the sounds of your drills ruining the surface of their previous hometown Avenge the previous brave Pilgrims by spamming turrets in your base approaches, finally reaching your Green World Goal by means of excessive violence. Surviving Ceres is a great and neat addition to the Survival / Colonization / Terraforming genre, even if rough around some edges - there is excessive amounts of handcrafting, and the lack of automation unnecessarily extends playtime and breaks the otherwise frantic (or cozy-progressive) flow of such games. It is an asset flip, and occasionally freezes (when you terminate it in Task Manager it's called "BP Template" from the original asset pack). When the terminating it after it freezes, you sometimes lose all your money. I recommend spending your cash asap, and saving after doing that and major base reconfigurations. But it is fun it you want a smaller Planet Crafter from Temu.

this is an excellent survival builder, i would have loved a multiplayer option to game with my friends on it, but the fact it doesnt have one makes it no less of a good game. i would have loved a way to fight back more directly though.

You have to grind to get anywhere in this game, but i found it fun. I enjoyed the game. Positives: missions to follow to progress the game, some loot drops along the way to help, able to make the game easier or harder by changing numerous variables, i enjoyed the crafting progression. Negatives: limited to a small space, cant explore over the hills, when ice walls defrost, it leads to areas already explored... not something new, Alien bacteria sampler is useless. Not sure i would buy at full price, but would buy again on special. I used an easier setting completed games missions in about 4 days. Still playable and can exapnd more, but missions objectives are coompleted now. Note for developer: expand past the mountain border to allow for village creation maybe and allow for a colonising city to be built in a bigger area.
