Sadly, the demo makes it seem like it has more potential than it has. There's nothing inherently wrong with simple games, but the way this game iterates on its core gameplay elements is kinda poor. As a recurring example, the raindrop puzzles have "patterns" that are almost random as to when you get an opening, and between your hitbox and movement speed, it's not like you can dexterously dodge them. There's a midgame setpiece I won't spoil, but which does have a strategy to beat it, it's just that it's rather inconsistent as to whether it will work or not due to how poorly the game telegraphs what's happening. The matchstick countdown mechanic doesn't matter for most of the game, but when it does it's on an insanely tight timer with no real strategy/pathfinding involved. I can definitely imagine plenty of interesting variations on this, but as it stands, it's boring. This is honestly a painful review to write since it's clear there was love put into making the game. But it's just not a fun experience.3 found this helpful
It's okay, but it's way too short and easy. The whole game took a little under 30 minutes to beat and only 2 areas in it was challenging, the rest was a breeze to get through. Because of that I personally don't recommend it.3 found this helpful
The drawings are beautiful, the music fits the game well, the story is very good, the game has some easy stages and some very challenging ones, the way the levels were built caught my attention because they deviated a little from the standard of platform games, in short, this game is very good, I recommend it.3 found this helpful
Bought it for not even 1 Euro and I still feel robbed. If you wanna go through 30 minutes (without the near unplayable passages) of pain and time wasting, go ahead. Oh, and by the way I believe that most positive reviews are written by the developers friends... just look up the profiles and also... not even on drugs I'd tell this game has nice gameplay and a good story. Only somewhat good is the art but DON'T let yourself get fooled by it like it happened to me2 found this helpful
Nice game with a interesting story.2 found this helpful
This seems like an older game that developers made, I'm not sure about the quality but I'm somewhat hopeful they've grown it quite well. But, in the vacuum of that, I'm gonna preface that the game honestly it has some love in it and it's a cute quick story. Still though, there are some things of this game that falls apart... I wasn't quite sure what to make of the difficulty, only some levels were like difficulty spikes... in a way you could say it makes up for the fact the rest of the game is really easy but at the same time I feel like some of the difficulty was contributed by the game's janky collisions rather than actual design, I suspect. Not to mention, one puzzle at the end seems broken? It's the typical 'several switches opens and closes several doors' puzzle but whilst mashing buttons I couldn't help but feel like that doors would budge but not move at all and the trick was to just mash the buttons until it finally opens, I wasn't quite sure if it was glitchy or if that was the intended solution. I feel bad for saying this but I wouldn't really recommend this game to anyone. Might want to look into the developer's other games though, I'm eager to see if their skills im…
