Keyshops are third-party marketplaces — keys are resold and can be region-locked or a different edition. Check the listing's region & edition before buying.

Some stores inflate their “regular” price to show a bigger discount. We flag those (⚠ inflated) and show the real saving against the actual list price.

About Technicity

Technicity is a first-person city building game where you can also design your own construction blocks and items to create really unique buildings. Use cranes to speed up construction, terraform the open world, build roads and use vehicles to travel to different cities that you or your friends create in solo or coop mode.

Use a crane or a cement mixer to quickly build houses, shops, factories and any other building you can think of. The design is yours: with a large variety of building blocks of different shapes and materials, you can really create whatever you want.
You can then save a schematic from any building you made and start construction of the same building somewhere else.
Share your schematics in the Steam Workshop and use other players' creations.

The open world is huge and can be filled with many big cities. An existing road network with thousands of km's lets you reach every part of the 384 km2 map. Build your own roads and they'll be integrated into the navigation system.
Terraform the world with steamrollers and bulldozers - you can even create or remove entire mountains!

Design and produce your own building blocks, items and furniture in factories, and use them to create really unique buildings.
The items you design can also have useful features: create a garage door that opens, an illuminated sign or even a vehicle.
Any other player in your world can then use the items produced in your factories.

Invite your friends to join your world and build new cities or have fun with some role play.
Share your best building schematics in the Steam Workshop and discover what other players have made. You can use prefab buildings, item designs or entire maps from the workshop.

The building is fun and the city building aspect from a first person view is bold and a great idea. However it is poorly executed and feels lifeless. On top of that it's abandonned. Do not buy.

Technicity approaches the city-building genre from an unconventional angle, placing the player directly inside a vast open world instead of observing it from above. The experience begins not with spreadsheets or zoning tools, but with the tactile act of shaping land, driving construction vehicles, and assembling buildings piece by piece. Osaris Games builds the foundation around creative freedom: you are encouraged to sculpt terrain, design your own modular construction blocks, craft custom furniture, and assemble entire structures from scratch. The world itself is huge, filled with empty spaces and rough-cut landscapes that invite experimentation. Rather than limiting the player with early-game restrictions or a traditional resource system, the game hands you powerful tools from the start and says: build the city you imagine. The highlight of Technicity is the act of building itself. Designing original structures becomes surprisingly absorbing thanks to the flexible block-creation system, which lets players sculpt detailed architectural elements and share them through the Steam Workshop. Factory setups further expand the creative loop, allowing players to mass-produce custom piec…
