Recommended due to the fact I think it's probably worth spending an hour of your time exploring the story. It's quite a monotonous experience, and some people will find it too slow and drawn out, though. There's an interesting philosophical question at its heart, and a certain level of cosmic horror. The central idea and concept is probably better than the actual game, however. It's non-essential, but it passes the time.

This type of story telling, while stark and simplistic, is also extremely deep and lonely. I recommend you push through to the ending, it doesn't disappoint. It's a free game, so what do you have to lose. Just make sure you have a controller, it will not work with a keyboard/mouse.

If you like short narratives that don't require more than your movement from point to point, and shifting visuals of the generated environment upon hearing each point of dialogue, then go ahead and check this out. Just know that you WON'T be able to do anything unless if you have a controller you can connect to your computer. The steam deck probably shouldn't have any issues there. Keyboard and mouse are not currently, as of writing this, compatible with this 'game'. My "play time" was exaggerated a bit by my attempts to get it to work with the controllers I have. I had to dig out my old XBox controller for it. It might take an hour at most to get through the content if you already have a controller you use for most other games.
