About 2100

Welcome to the year 2100. It is the time when humans have decided to colonise Mars. You have been selected to participate in the operation by completing research on the most advanced space station in all of the history of mankind. The space station has the most advanced artificial intelligence, and when time progresses things start to take a turn for the worst. The artificial intelligence begins to malfunction, and tries to kill you at every opportunity given. Alone, you must survive long enough to escape the station and make it back to Earth, but do you have what it takes?

IMMERSIVE ENVIRONMENT

The atmosphere of 2100 is built to have an immersive experience. With realistic components used, you will feel as if you are in the space station in real life.

THE ENEMY: ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

The only enemy in 2100 is the artificial intelligence. You are placed against it, in a race against time. But do you have what it takes?
Warning: Asset Flip! 2100 is a Digital Homicide style asset flip, or what Valve calls a "Fake Game". The "developer" paid for/pirated a few Unity asset store packs, dumped them all in a blender, and submitted it to Valve as if they're real game developers.
Two notable criteria for what makes an asset flip instead of legitimate use of stock assets are whether those assets comprise the majority of the game, and whether the "developer" properly credited the people who created most of the assets in the game. This game fails both of those tests. The "developers" here didn't credit any of the artists and real, actual game developers who created the assets here, so this is plagiarism, as well as cash grab shovelware. In this case, the asset flipper took a space station interior asset from somewhere and made a laughably awful first person adventure with it. To the extent, I'm not kidding, "text-to-speech" narration. What a joke... these fake games keep getting worse. It has no value or merit as a real game. Interactive Gaming Studios have a known history of trying to scam people into paying them money for som…

This game, like most of Interactive Gaming Studio's games is pretty basic. I don't think this applies to everyone, but I love when first person games have a flashlight. I dont know why. this game handles the flashlight okay. That is just about it for good things tho.. First, I actually don't like the setting. Mostly because it all looks like assets from the asset store. Also the voice is text-to-speech sounding. The text for the voice and the missions is very small and not clean looking. Also the performance is terrible. Half of the gameplay is spent enduring the lagspikes. Alot of the time you have to open doors with key codes. I have 2 problems with this: 1. The voice just gives you the codes. It would be more fun if you searched around the room for it. 2. There are often keypads on the doors but you must use the keypad on the wall to open it. It is so confusing and I also presume it is because it is a pre made asset from the asset store.
2100

Positives:
+ Its space themed + Acceptable graphics + Some sounds are tolerable + Lasts for about half an hour
Negatives:
- Very low FOV and no way to change it - Head-bob that cant be disabled - Extremely bad "voiceacting" - Severe performance issues - Fps drops to around 10-20 very often, making it almost unplayable - Savegame function where you can save only one time after you land on earth (and the game is basically over) - The flashlight has worse battery life than an iphone - A lot of areas are almost pitch black - Lasts for about half an hour
Conclusion:
Wow is this game is "interesting". You can have a supercomputer, and it will still be more unstable than the US. Expect fps drops and performance issues from another world. That aside, the low fov combined with head-bob will give you the sweet feeling of nausea. Mix it with a flashlight made by apple, resulting in a lot of fumbling in the dark, and you've got this game. And dont forget to Alt+F4 when its over (it will happen sooner than you'd expect). Because it will remove the mouse cursor from the menu, so you won't be able to do a thing. So yeah, in some ways this g…
