The Bounty Huntress

Avoid this game. No one has tested this. The developers have not gotten a single outside person to give them feedback. The opening "cutscene" has the protagonist running in place and taking about 30 seconds to get from their starting position to the middle of the screen. Enemies continue to attack when dead, and their attack hitboxes are gigantic, and their hurtboxes are entirely static, meaning there's literally no synchronization between what you see on the screen and what's actually happening mechanically. This is a prototype, this is not a final product.

Killed the troll to get the yellow key. Troll drops the yellow key, I grab the yellow key, it disappears completely from the game and I cannot progress anymore. This happened 4 hours into the game. I am done with this game for good. This is not really a final product, a ton of stuff needs to be improved.

As long as you are not expecting a Persona- esque story and SOMETIMES the protagonist will just run in place......this is not a bad game at all. Nothing mind blowing.

Best game of the style for sure, it innovates in mechanics, it's so good but so good that the style will be called TBH instead of metroidvania, because this game rewrite the genre.

highly reccomended to any classic castlevania fan. Plays like SOTN for 1 dollar on sale. not a bad deal. first 2 bosses and the times i had getting to them were fun, filled with surprises. upgrades and secrets that actually make a difference unlike dark souls, or salt n sanc. music is bumpin. a little jank around the edges... i mean literally on the edge of platforms you can slip a bit, but even that mechanic has its own fun feel to it. ggs to the developer. and ignore the negative reviews.

castlevania, female protagonist. DOS like graphics. too much like castlevania in that it has weird cheap ♥♥♥♥. the power-ups tricked me multiple times killing me. the puzzle was annoying. idk to each there own.
