New feature: A CPU recording and playback feature has been added as an enemy behavior setting in training mode. Now you can record inputs for CPU and play them back to practice against.
Selecting character colors:
When selecting a character in the character selection screen, you can choose different character colors depending on the button you press (LP, LK, SP, SK, D, START). Default color is LP.
How to play as Greed:
On the character selection screen, input the following command.
1. RIGHT x2 with your cursor on Orville
2. LEFT x1 with your cursor on Typhon
3. LEFT x3 with your cursor on Boyd
4. RIGHT x2 with your cursor on Zen
Finally, press UP and Greed will appear as a selectable character.
The Story:
It is the end of the 20th century... A large-scale natural disaster struck the eastern area of a nation. It wiped out the financial sector and resulted in a staggering loss of life.
At the dawn of the 21st century, the conglomerate PROBE-NEXUS, commonly known as Probe, began reconstruction efforts in that eastern area. Colossal capital and cutting-edge technology was poured into rebuilding it. Skyscrapers that put the old high-rises to shame along with the world's biggest shopping mall and recreational facilities. This was the dazzling birth of a symbol for the new century. It was christened Zone Prime.

Players appreciate this budget fighting game for its novelty and fun multiplayer experience, especially at its low price point, but the game suffers from significant technical and balance issues including extreme performance problems, unfair difficulty spikes even on beginner mode, and missing content compared to console versions. Some players were disappointed by the lack of expected rewards for completing challenging achievements, though the netplay functionality is praised when the game runs properly.

+ Fluid gameplay. Cool character designs. - Damage too low and turtling CPU dragging every match to time over. Super slow to get back into fight after losing. Negatives would go away if I got gud, but honestly not fun enough up front to be worth putting in the time. There are better options.
The mechanics are solid and the roster is nice. I really like the setting for the stages. Music hits well too during certain parts (particularly love Zen, Hikari, and Kaya's cutscene music with Greed). A big issue I have with the game is the intermittent performance issues like micro pauses. Also there's just not enough modes to give me an incentive to keep playing the game. I finished arcade mode with every character and there's nothing else to do. Wish there was at least time attack, survival, or other modes like that. Great game to check out during a cheap sale, but don't expect to put more than a few hours into it before moving on.
man i iam so sad because i thinking when you beat all characters whitout lose a single match the game give you the boss Hazama like a reward i already did 2 times the first time i think i lose a roud so i think i messed up right now i did it whitout loss any roud or match and the game only give me a steam award i wanted hazama this suck. i hope you guys can port the console extended version of the console becasue i wanted to play with him only in this vertion.
The game runs at an extremely slow speed, around 10fps. Or at 1,200 fps, LOL. I can't do anything to fix it, apparently (I've tried all the usual fixes).
Ok, I'm happy that this game managed to get a wide spread release with this steam port, I can appreciate the technical prowess needed for this title, and I love the story of how this game came to be. Sadly that doesn't change the fact that I detested every second I played of this game. BTW Screw Typhon, I swear that ♥♥♥♥ was harder than the final boss most of the time and the primary reason that the 'undefeated' achievement was so hard to get despite me cranking down the difficulty to easiest.
