This admittedly go me hooked pretty quickly. I liked the premise, it had an original flair and I loved all the characters. The MC, Melrose is a rather complex and flawed individual but someone I empathized with and honestly understood why he is the way he was. All the love interests were different and endearing in different ways (especially the secret LI). If you enjoy BL with a nice story then this is a good pick.
If your game and steam achievements don't register the unlock of the secret route, you'll know you have it unlocked when
your main menu turns white
then replay Vitale's Harmony ending by skipping through it. That worked for me.
What an amazing Visual Novel, beautiful art and plenty of it, but most of all the very layered emotions on display. Every route has a good solo story to it while always adding more to the overal story. Then with the accumulation of all routes leading into the final one it felt as if pieces of earlier moments in the stories came together to finish the tapestry it had laid out. The game certainly isn't for everyone as it can be brutal and very graphic at times, but I appreciate the developer taking the courage to dive into those darker themes. Quite the little gem and I'll be looking forward to future works.

Played through all the routes loved them all. Dr Love and Fatal Attraction route is my favorite. Loved the story and all the romance scences. I just wish they were more NSFW though. 10/10 BL game.

Spoiler‑Free Review To Kill Eros isn't just a standout BL visual novel. It's easily one of the strongest entries in the genre. I don't usually write reviews, but this game deserves far more attention. If even one person checks it out because of this, that's enough for me. The writing, Greek myth integration, and character designs are all exceptional. If you enjoyed Virche Evermore, Cupid Parasite, or Slow Damage, this VN will feel like it was made for you. As a dark‑fantasy and psychological fan, this game made me realize how badly the BL genre needed a story like this. The characters feel alive, not just pixels on a screen with one-dimensional personalities like in most BL slop. I'm already excited for whatever the developer creates next, merch included. They deserve all the support they can get. Check out their Patreon for more information on characters, especially the NPCs. Thank you for releasing this on my birthday lol Recommended Route Order Icardi → Dr. Love → Vitale → Secret LI Please give Melrose a fair chance. He can feel overwhelming at first, but his development is worth it, and his intensity makes sense once you understand him. Pros Unique character designs that …

I bought the game without any expectations, simply because of the attractive graphics. Firstly... IT'S GORGEOUS. Secondly, it turned out to be a very good story, both in terms of the plot and the chemistry between the characters. I'll briefly describe my impressions of each. Icardi He seems like a cinnamon roll, and I'd say he is... but with some quirks. I recommend playing his route first, as the game itself suggests. Dr. Love He truly loves his job and acts very gentlemanly, without spoiling anything. Vitale He's a total spoiler, so his route only unlocks after completing Icardi and Dr. Love. And for good reason. But i promise, his root is worth this.
The fact that he loves the main character no matter what, after Eros's hidden route, gave me a lot to think about.
Hidden Route
Eros's route was a complete surprise to me. His lack of understanding of how relationships work was at times irritating, but also completely understandable. The relationship dynamic was very unusual for me, but that's precisely what made it so beautiful. It also has an incredibly stunning design, on my opinion.
The best $10 i've spent in a while. <3

This game needs to be more popular! Beautiful distinctive art style, and I'll be thinking about Vitale's route for a long time. As an older gamer some of Melrose's thoughts & choices didn't always land with me, but I didn't mind, because the world is creative & cohesive enough that I wanted to keep seeing more.
