Exes Assault!!

I like Ertal's products. I always said they had something interesting to add to their stories and this one... While a bit different from their past works, it was still entertaining to read. The humor lands, the artwork is nice (especially certain CGs!) and the OSTs too! Story works and it has like a friendly... Family vibe going on. Sure there is drama, but I am rather surprised that everyone who was deemed to be "cold and b*tchy"... Turned out to be better towards the end. My favorite two Routes were: Kevin (because his story was rather sad/bitter) and Jacob (primarily because of their clashing and the intensity of their attraction). Oh and the thing with the hypnotist during Gabriel's Route? AHAHAHAH!!! So yes... I am not going to nitpick anything... It was a rather pleasant experience, so kudos! ^-^

The game is incredibly good. The only route I liked was Gabriel. He's so hot, I had to jerk off several times playing his route.

While the idea is hilarious (working with multiple exes at the same job accidentally), and the art is well-done, the rest of it is not good. The writing is poor and extremely juvenile, all the characters written voices are indistinguishable from each other, the dialogue is repetitive, depending on what romance you choose Jorge does a lot of unkind pressuring for closeted characters to come out, petty fights, and there were little to no stakes for any scene or action (even if they were extremely dramatic). While it's not terrible, it's certainly not something I'd recommend. And the developer said she doesn't use any generative AI, so that's a huge plus! I just wish I enjoyed the game more.

I'll admit it's a great game – the art style is gorgeous and the stories really tug at your heart. But the Jacob/Polyamory route has its issues, frankly. I always figured the Polyamory path existed just so you could romance both guys without any fallout. Yet in that route, Jacob acts nothing like he does in his own solo route. And clearly, he'd never be cool with an open relationship involving anyone other than Jorge. So it all comes off as kind of awkward, if you ask me.

If you can't accept that you can't choose your position of s*x in the game, then this game is definitely not recommend for you, there is only one s*x plot with Jacob at the first time that you can choose your position, the rest of the plot is already set by the author, player can't get any participation and experience in s*x plot while they playing a “Choices Matter” game. It's so stupid that I still have fatasy about the plot setting when I played over 2 hours, so after that, I just skipped everything to check the whole story and confirmed this, I know I can't refund now but it still worthy if I can help some players who can't accept this kind of game and tell them do not buy this. By the way, there is an option that "Go to China" but after clicking it, it showed Japanses in the background, lmao, I'm not sure will this offend both sides of people. In addition, the author's literary skill is very impressive!

The writing is so good and rich! Dialogues feels natural. The characters are hot and fun, too. Definitely 10/10.
