Got the game from the bundle it has with One Finger Death Punch 2. You'd think One Finger Death Punch is a simple concept, but nobody's seemingly been capable of following up on it. This is probably the worst attempt. While I have no issues with AI-generated content so long as you're capable of making it fun (you do not need to know programming to know game design), this is vibecoded with what seems to be little-to-no understanding or appreciation of what makes OFDP games click. Instead of a hard-to-master experience, where precision is rewarded and mistakes are your own fault, you get a mindless button masher (the complete antithesis of what OFDP expects from you), where the only reason you die is because you didn't grind enough of the poorly implemented roguelite elements. You really do not even need a 2-person studio to add a basic range indicator, something especially important as meta progression and temporary items constantly shift your range around. This (as well as Kawaii Death Desu, but especially this) game gives you a whole new level of appreciation for what Silver Dollar had created, it's genuinely like night and day. A short, but fun & simple little game with a surprising amount of lore. The start does feel a bit rough, but once you get some upgrades, it quickly picks up. My only complaints are that the menus feel unresponsive and the Hanabi jump attack is poorly designed and will get you killed on the 3rd night.

This isnt' One Finger Death Punch but I guess it can scratch an itch. Go play One Finger Death 2 before you even think of purchasing this. Also compared to either OFD this game is TERRIBLE value for moeny, but on it's own merits its not bad. If you desperately hungry for more OFD thinking of this as a tiny desert rather than another meal as it will only last a scant few hours. Starts annoying till you get some powerups. The moves you do by putting in the rythmn do give it some identity, though i miss the way punching left or right moved you

This is not a good game. It has programming/technical issues and I finished it in less than 90 minutes and will probably never play it again. But there's *something* here compelling me to give it the thumbs up. Originally I was going to give this a thumbs down but in the process of listing out what was bad (a lot) and good about the game (mostly the art, the English translation is also pretty fair) I reawaked in myself a great nostalgia for all the doujin games and "chuuni"中二病 anime/manga/ranobe I consumed during the Heisei era so instead let me say: I don't think it was intentional but this is basically a Shakugan no Shana 灼眼のシャナ doujin action game without Yuji (which I'm fine with since he was the worst part of Shana IMO). If you get what I mean by that then just buy this game. Otherwise play the demo and if you think it's cool and want this person to keep making games then give them your money. OTOH what's in the demo is pretty much all you're going to get so if that's not enough for you then move on.

Don't let the start of the game get you down. Once you get 20k coins and buy the coin powerup the game becomes a lot of fun. Zombies and cute stuff, what more could you ask for?
