Punch in. Let the madness begin. You're the sole toll booth operator on a remote desert highway. At first, it’s routine: press the button, lift the gate, collect the cash. But routine doesn’t last long out here. You plant strange seeds. You grow bizarre fruit. Soon, you're mixing mocktails and selling drinks to whoever rolls up to the gate. Run your station. Grow your crops. Cook. Serve. Survive!Manage traffic through your toll gate. Accept payment, deny weirdos, or let them through just to see what happens. Plant exotic seeds. Harvest the fruits of your labor. Mix and sell cocktails with unpredictable and often alarming side effects. Some customers come back for more. Others don’t.Farm your ingredients. Plant exotic seeds, water them with a tractor, and harvest bizarre fruits from mutating trees. Been playing for 6 hours and enjoyed every minute of it. It's fun the game play is great. the NPC are brillant. Can't wait to see what's next, the roadmap looks good so the dev is involved and keeping the game updated Would recommend this game check it out you'll have a laugh.2 found this helpful
The game has potential but is not there at the moment. The game is alright and for a solo dev to have done this is great work. I will be refunding has it will just sit in my library for months until more updates are done. The repetitive people at the toll booth is annoying and the lines not matching up when you decline them for carrying the weapons or no driving licence and they mention they used passport for coffee. The game is not for me right now, but it doesn't mean others may not have fun with it. I think it should have been a EA game but honestly if the dev needed some funding to help get the game more updates I can see why they have not put it into EA and just gone for the release instead. There is also some funny moments and I do hope to visit again in the future and see what the Dev has been able to do with it. I am only refunding just in case more updates do not happen, I have been burnt to many times when I have gone to support a game by buying it and hoping future or promised future updates would look to improve the game just for the game to be abandoned. It's a cheap game that has the feeling of being a mix of a few games; schedule 1, papers please (loosely like "contraband police"), and Metro sim hustle. However it doesn't pull off as good a game feeling as any of those. The main issue is how it has overall decent gameplay that is lacking a focused tutorial and overall feeling of being unfinished. Basic features like saving the game seem extremely glitched right now. Continuing the game doesn't load the same situation that you left, and I'm not clear on if it's that the game wasn't saved when exited or it's just terrible at reload and the game resets it's parameters. The steam forum and community seems pretty dead, which is a horrific thing for something if you're expecting a future for a game. Tutorials are just pushed without checking for player level, so you're told to do things before the ability to do them have been unlocked. There's odd things going on in the world and no explanation of what they are supposed to be I haven't played too far into the game but can already see that it's more farming sim than toll booth sim. That's if you're expecting to make any money.... The toll booth seems more like a secondary afterthoug…
