There's no way someone had played this game before trying to release. Found multiple bugs including unlimited money bug within first 10min of gameplay. Some are frustrating more than others but all in all, hey the game is £2 so not even going to bother with refund.4 found this helpful
These kind of games tend to be my guilty pleasure and as such I tend to be easily pleased. But this game is so bare bones I can't recommend it. Upgrade cost ramps up way to fast compared to progress in currency (and upgrades are minute). Loot seems more RNG than getting incrementally better. The shopkeeper pop-up is utterly useless and pauses your game (no setting to turn it off). No setting other than full screen. Arrows (incl powers) seem to miss a lot. It doesn't look like you can automate anything (read: turn this into an actual idler). So ... NO1 found this helpful
Great game so far could use a few more features that make the gameplay more long term. Once a few updates come its way could be amazing1 found this helpful
"Roll Skike" 10/10
This game is very shallow, it meets the barest qualifications of a roguelite, though I would imagine it is endless.. The bones of a good experience are here. The game could potentially, be a fun way to pass the time trying to see how deep you could go. I was fiddling with it during an internet outage last night. It is prevented from being, well, fun, by the poor coding of one mechanic, the trader. When the trader pops up, all of your attacks become zeroed out. The defender stops shooting, all active skills become inactive and immaterial, landing harmlessly without triggering. The trader pops up whenever he pleases. There is no indicator of his coming or going. I cannot tell you how many boss waves I lost in just 30 short minutes because of the trader. The trader is a good idea, but terrible execution. He offers you something potentially useful, while pausing you and not your foes. I would go so far as to say he is the real villain here.
It's a fun concept with lots of potential. However the game still leaves a lot to be desired even for the low price. I would recommend waiting for additional updates before you buy it. The game needs: -A way to fast forward / speed up time -More enemy diversity and round verity -More music ( there is only one short track) -More equipment variations -Fix boss balancing so they don't one shot you -Fix ice arrows so that subsequent attacks actually hit -Heath and Armor stats seem to have little to no effect If these problems are addressed this could be a fantasist game. Until then there is not enough content to justify spending money of this.
