About Volt Patrol - Stealth Driving
Become a stealth driver in this short, minimalist game and try to sneak through the Volt Patrol security system!
Drive undetected through a facility monitored by the Volt Patrol security system.
Designed by artificial intelligence A.I.M.O.S, this system uses intensive vehicle patrolling to spot intruders.
Find access codes and activate switches to open gates and defeat the Volt Patrol system.
But beware, speeding through can be very risky!

If you prefer classic stealth games or racing titles, Volt Patrol may not be for you.
There are no gadgets to help you through a complex scenario punctuated by numerous cutscenes.
There are no high-speed racing cars like in classic racing games.
In this game, it's just you in your vehicle trying to maneuver stealthily and evade the security system.
Creative Purpose and Project Origin
Volt Patrol was my submission for the Ludum Dare 41 gamejam. My intent was to mix two incompatible genres.At the end of the gamejam, I decided to pursue this unexpected but creative idea. :)

This is a small jewel of a game! It's challenging yet at time oddly relaxing. I love the visuals, the minimalistic designs are obviously intended as a nod to the graphics of the early arcade games of the 80's. Also beautiful and atmospheric music. The game is short but worth the price. Support independent game creators!1 found this helpful
A really good mix between stealth / puzzle / driving car game. The atmosphere is really cool. I'm normally a bit stressed out with stealth game but Volt Patrol is not punitive. All you have to do is to be patient and observant. The driving feeling is really good too. And it's very cheap for the amount of quality behind! It deserves to be more famous. ;)1 found this helpful
Very nice game, well designed !
So entertaining ! it is amazing to see a whole game with a story, an original gameplay, cool musics for such a small price ^^
doesn't seem like a fun game, but it becomes very addictive.
