I would only play this as practice for real RC racing or to compete in the online races. The physics, and tuning are good. You can feel how changes affect your car like in real life. The driving is the only good part, but it is a sim. For a 2015 game, the graphics are average for a low budget sim, the sound is horrible, the cameras are bad, and the menus and updater are super clunky. There are hardly any tracks in the base game, but a ton of DLC tracks. Overall, there is hardly any content related to the actual cars. No truggies which is baffling. New models of cars release every year, and this game does not add any. I understand the licensing and what not, but an effort could have been made. Since this is an 11 year old sim, it does what its meant to do so I'll say its a positive. Every single aspect aside from the simulation part, is outdated now and when it came out. A new game with new content, sound, visuals, and menus around this physics engine would be amazing, and much more friendly to newcomers actually trying to have a realistic RC experience that isnt revolt but also have training capabilities for real drivers.

NO USER, GAME CLOSES. game starts again: enter throwaway email. don't even get an email. game finally starts: no mouse pointer. clickable options light up as if the mouse is there. have to use the ghost mouse to click through 15 million "update" message dialogues blocking menu buttons. finally finish them. practice laps: controller selected and set up. controls are okay. realism is not. whatever. decide to try other cars: paywall paywall paywall okay whatever drive a buggy: wee YOU MUST PRESS SPACEBAR wee YOU MUST PRESS SPACEBAR ....wee YOU MUST PRESS SPACEBAR ... YOU MUST PRESS SPACEBAR .....I GET IT I MUST PRESS SPACEBAR TO RESET HOLY $%^& i intended to use this for practice but absolutely not. it's 2026, figure out your crap. just trying to start a game shouldn't make me want to refund it. also, refunded

very realistic! ive done nothing but practice takes a while to get it but if you like rc cars you will like this

4wd short course is rad. get the dlc tracks for the style of racing you want, definitely worth it. shame that there isn't 2wd buggy or short course, not sure what the deal is there, but 4wd is super fun.
