About Welcome, Get Out!
"Welcome, Get Out!" is a puzzle game where the cranky narrator really doesn't like you being there. It is a Point&Click comedy adventure that will take you through 7 different hand-crafted levels against the wishes of the sarcastic narrator who is trying to stop you from succeeding.
As you play, you'll click, drag, and tap your way through a variety of puzzles. The narrator will be discouraging, but if you listen closely, they will tell you how to complete the puzzle.

Features

- The Machine - I think it's missing some pieces.
- The Code - Likely shouldn't touch that.

5/10 First off, It's basically a copy of There Is No Game. This isn't that big of a deal, but it does end up feeling unoriginal. But, If you liked that game like I did, its ok. Second of all, the narrator is kind of annoying. No disrespect to the voice actor, but the way the voice is portrayed and the way he speaks felt weird and got on my nerves. I usually LOVE narrators, but this one was not one of them. Finally, the puzzles were okay at best. For a short puzzle game, I did expect more. They weren't very entertaining or novel. All of these together made the game not very enjoyable. I can see the hard work put into this, and I love that games like this are free to us, but there are some improvements that could have been made. If you're looking for a really quick game with a few puzzles, but if you're going for any more than that, you might want to look somewhere else.

A short but very funny & clever little puzzle game. Worked well on Steam Deck.
I think given the fact it is free, I can forgive the lackluster narration. Puzzles are fun and somewhat unique, but it's not going to blow your mind. Seems to be a student project, so it's alright for a developer early in their career or lacking the experience needed to make something more sophisticated.
Clearly the spiritual sequel to There Is No Game which is a great compliment. Meta games FTW!
I will get out. I didn't wanna be here anyway! ...but no, its kinda fun.
