About Yukiiro Sign
A romantic comedy visual novel that occurs one winter in a snowy country town.
This is the story of a single season—
Minamiouse is one of Japan's smallest towns,
located in one of its most frigid regions.
This year's snows are the earliest they've come in decades.
There's change in the air, for better or worse.
With two months left on the calendar, both of them looking wintry,
Munefuyu plans to spend the time with his friends just like always.
There's the taciturn, direct, and somewhat wild Miku,
his childhood companion who's just covering up her kindness.
The shy and eccentric exchange student, Svetlana,
is fresh off the plane from Russia but no stranger to the cold.
Meanwhile, the transfer student Kako Takahagi
has known Munefuyu forever, but he's forgotten her...
Luckily, his best friend and confidante Hironaka has his back.
This winter won't be long, but it won't be forgotten,
and every everyday moment it will look like
a miracle in the rear-view mirror.
It's where we've been and where we're going.
FEATURES
- 20+ hours of story
- Three branching heroine routes
- Full Japanese voice acting by seasoned professionals

Yukiiro Sign reminds me a lot of Aonatsu Line, as they share the same scriptwriter so it is expected that the story can be a little bit similar. But comparing Yukiiro Sign and Aonatsu Line, I am siding with Aonatsu Line and this is because Aonatsu Line has a better character development and a better written drama compared to what Yukiiro Sign has. In common route, the story was being told in many different character's perspective and while I do believe that it is a pretty unique way of telling the story, it cost a lot for the protagonist of this title, Hazome Munefuyu. Usually in a visual novel, we experience the story as we follow the perspective of the protagonist, but in Yukiiro Sign these perspective switch very often, sometimes its Miku's perspective, Svetlana's perspective, Kako's perspective, Shuuka's perspective or Yui's perspective. Barely a trace of existence on Munefuyu, literally close to none in common route. So basically you only get to read as Munefuyu after entering a chosen heroine's route which ended up screwing over the romance part. This is because there are barely any development between Munefuyu and the chosen heroine. They just somehow fall in love with each…6 found this helpful
