- All-New AI: Completely re-written from the ground up, our new AI is so hard, you’ll be begging for mercy.
- SURVIVAL MODE: How long can you last? Build you base and defeat waves of incoming hordes bent on your ultimate destruction. Unlock additional levels of difficulty the more waves you survive.
- Naval Battles: Take your destruction to the high seas matey! Bombard targets from your battleships or surprise your enemy with stealth submarines. Nobody is safe!
- New Base-Building Options: We’ve added MEGAstructures to the game which are mega-sized and extra-deadly. There are also new Superweapons and a mobile HQ to rapidly expand your power across the map.
- GINORMOUS Maps: Playable area has increased by 400%! That’s right, our maps are 4X bigger than they were in the original game, providing plenty of space for those epic skirmish and multiplayer games.
- Bridges: Utilize bridges to reach islands or deny access to the enemy ground troops with our new game mechanic that dynamically changes strategies.
- New CHALLENGE Mode: Every day you’ll get to compete in a new challenge against the AI to earn the highest score possible on the leaderboards.
- MOD Support: Release your own maps, missions, and mayhem by changing everything from game balance to mission objectives and game mechanics. Share your creations with others through the Steam Workshop.

What Steam players say
Recent verbatim reviews from Steam — separate from playze.io community reviews below.
Players praise the game as a fun, original real-time strategy experience with solid campaign, survival, and versus modes that recall classic RTS titles like Red Alert. However, common complaints center on quality-of-life issues: unskippable campaign cutscenes, units that require constant manual orders instead of auto-attacking, lack of formation controls that cause positioning problems, poor audio design, and missing features like time pause and faction variety in custom games.
The timer is stressful and the lack of shoot-while-moving sucks10 found this helpful
Not for me but I can see why osmeone would like it... Much more of a blizzard RTS fan boy than a Red Alert fan... Even Tempest Rising, which was good, didn't manage to retain me... I mean, AOE effects and damage is good, but why should the ennemy have tons of it and your troops basically have no formation to not waste 25 troops supposed to be good against tanks on a single rocket launcher tank...1 found this helpful
Welcome to C&C Tib da- ... Wait a second, this isn't a C&C title? forking bullshite, it play's like old C&C... the lore isn't a million miles away from old C&C The factions are very C&C inspired, and it's made by not westwood! 9-Bit armies, is... basically an old C&C game in new skin and I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ love it for it. if other RTS Titles aren't scratching a C&C itch, this or tempest rising very well might. I'm not gonna say it's perfect though, some mission difficulties are a bit much. and it devolves rather quickly into building mega turrets and spamming tanks or boats, and getting a few helicopters so your units can use their range... which isn't a bad thing it's just repetitive... The campaign has you tech locked until you beat a mission, which is certainly a nice improvement over the older C&C tech locking where you're tech locked on a mission by mission basis. this does mean you can bring *Not* Mammoth tanks to the first mission and absolutely dumpster the AI, but honestly, that's fun. Overall, this is fun I'd say it's worth even full price, but for those of you who bough 8-bit armies and it's DLC or the like, I'd wait for a sale.
Without a doubt a C& C successor. Very fun gameplay! 9/10!
I love RTS games and have been a fan cince C&C. I dont know how you convince yourself to make a new RTS game and somehow make it worse than someting made 30 years ago, what i like the mega structures what i dont like no unit verancy lame super grindy level system no suport units this seriously feels half baked.
fun campains and has alien reffrence
