Not for me but I can see why osmeone would like it... Much more of a blizzard RTS fan boy than a Red Alert fan... Even Tempest Rising, which was good, didn't manage to retain me... I mean, AOE effects and damage is good, but why should the ennemy have tons of it and your troops basically have no formation to not waste 25 troops supposed to be good against tanks on a single rocket launcher tank...

Welcome to C&C Tib da- ... Wait a second, this isn't a C&C title? forking bullshite, it play's like old C&C... the lore isn't a million miles away from old C&C The factions are very C&C inspired, and it's made by not westwood! 9-Bit armies, is... basically an old C&C game in new skin and I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ love it for it. if other RTS Titles aren't scratching a C&C itch, this or tempest rising very well might. I'm not gonna say it's perfect though, some mission difficulties are a bit much. and it devolves rather quickly into building mega turrets and spamming tanks or boats, and getting a few helicopters so your units can use their range... which isn't a bad thing it's just repetitive... The campaign has you tech locked until you beat a mission, which is certainly a nice improvement over the older C&C tech locking where you're tech locked on a mission by mission basis. this does mean you can bring *Not* Mammoth tanks to the first mission and absolutely dumpster the AI, but honestly, that's fun. Overall, this is fun I'd say it's worth even full price, but for those of you who bough 8-bit armies and it's DLC or the like, I'd wait for a sale.

I love RTS games and have been a fan cince C&C. I dont know how you convince yourself to make a new RTS game and somehow make it worse than someting made 30 years ago, what i like the mega structures what i dont like no unit verancy lame super grindy level system no suport units this seriously feels half baked.
