POTENTIAL MAN

Just play it.

The art is cool, the music is cool. The game? It looked like it was a turn based RPG, but it's a visual novel. It ropes you in with interesting characters and then disappoints you with a single ending, one that's bitter. That's it. I guess the game lives up to it's name with it having potential, but it's wasted. Much like the nut man's potential. But I mean, for like 4 bucks you get what you pay for, I just wouldn't recommend this unless you're here for the art and the music.

surprisingly good writing

a short little game, but concentrated with love and flavor. endearing from beginning to end, and awesome in a lot of ways i didn't expect. WONDERFUL soundtrack and art that is so fun to look at. i want to shake hands with murphy cashew

Frankly, I like the game. Short and worth the price, good music, jokes, animation, the likes. I'd recommend it, yes. My only complaint is that the end felt quite... jarring. Obviously I haven't done EVERYTHING I could possibly do in the game, it just felt like the entire game was us getting introduced to the main cast, only for that to be stripped away by such a cold ending. I'm actually surprised and impressed by the game having the balls to pull such a move and not have it be some phony fake-out. Either way, the quality was impressive and I hope to see more from the developers in the future.
