About Sprout
✦ AI summary
Sprout is a casual botanical puzzle-adventure where you grow from a coconut into an oak tree by learning skills from fellow plants and solving nature-themed puzzles across a vibrant tropical world. With hand-drawn artwork and the unique ability to transform into different plants with special powers, you'll make friends and embark on a heartfelt journey of self-discovery and growth.
You feel gentle a thump as you land in the warm tropical sand. Who are you? Who do you want to be? Something in your heart whispers of shade, majesty, and acorns. What does this mean?
Your mother waves to the east. On the far side of the ocean is a world! Plants and animals! Mountains and valleys! Birds and flowers and a forest of mighty oaks. Yes! You know that this is who and what you are meant to be: an oak.
Your parents can't teach you how to be an oak. The only one who can teach you how to be an oak is another oak. Still, your parents teach you what they can - the way of the coconut. This will give you the ability to cross to the mainland, and be one step closer to your goal. It's not much, but it's a start!
In Sprout, you will embark on a casual, botanical-puzzle-adventure. You will make friends, learn new skills, solve puzzles, and ultimately become the mighty oak that you were always meant to be.

My Playtime: 18m Grindy Achievement(s): No Optional Achievement(s): 1 Difficult Achievements: No
Summary
Sprout is a very relaxing point and click puzzle game. The atmosphere of the game is really calming and the puzzles are all rather easy to figure out having to backtrack a few steps to proceed further towards the end. I like the hand-drawn crayon feel of the art. Overall this game is a nice easy play if you’re bored and feel like getting easy achievements.1 found this helpful
Amazing, this game came out the year i was born and i finish it in 18 min (my age) so good i love it
Very short - ends before it has started. Not much going for it
A cute little puzzle game that is kid friendly. A minimum of one playthrough to get all achievements.
If you love transforming into a variety of trees, which I know you do - this is a must play.
The game is awesome and I liked it very much! It’s very short - maybe even a bit too short - but, in my opinion, rewarding. The drawings are interesting and a little childish, which makes them very nostalgic to me. In my opinion, it looks like a visual representation of what a child’s story would be about something that it found fascinating if it were to unfold on screen. The game itself can be played for no more than 15 minutes, and it has lots of different ways to make you question your next move. I got a bit slowed down before the final step, but that’s totally on me. 😅 It doesn’t require any particular skill, just a bit of thinking. It has a story which is told from the thoughts of the plants and the seed itself. The ending is also sweet, and if you have a little imagination, you can somewhat understand the idea behind the whole journey the seed goes through. For me, this game deserves a 10/10! 👌 P.S.: When I started the game, I couldn’t see the intro that shows the appearance of the seed, which was a bit unpleasant, but it doesn’t affect my final rating.”
