The Rabbit Haul

After playing ~2 hours (covering the tutorial and a solid 11/12 night run through the Forest biome before finally having all my crops stolen...), I'm hooked. It delivers a great balance of cute visuals and genuinely engaging tactical depth. The Rabbit Haul blends the relaxing rhythm of daytime planting with tense, satisfying nighttime tower defense. If you enjoy cozy art styles paired with strategic resource management and escalating challenges, this is well worth picking up. What worked well for me: - The coin-economy balance between growing crops and setting up defense towers feels very rewarding. Figuring out how to place and fund your setup optimally keeps the gameplay loop tight. - Building up my inventory, crops, and defenses during the day is a perfect amount of breathing room right before the night phase, allowing a solid chance to plan, reflect, and prepare. - After the initial opening quests, tower and weapon skill trees unlock, along with more variety in starting tower possibilities, exponentially increasing the approaches to defense. The game gets unexpectedly complex (in a good and interesting way!) - Good range of both melee and projectile weapons, alongside plenty…

Its a really cute game! The gameplay loop is very enjoyable. I've played the demo a while ago and it was very nice to hear that there are now more biomes!!

Played the demo for many hours and loved it! The full game has added loads of QoL improvements as well as new biomes to take on the Raccoon menace! There are also some really fun, cosy vibes to the whole game whilst still being challenging enough to not feel too repetitive or boring. I'm going to sink many, many hours into this for sure!!

Played during beta and have to say that the game improved significantly upon full release. Combining aspects of farming and tower defence has me engaged in strategy while also being immersed in the calming environments further enhanced by the art and music. Only complaint I have is with the hit boxes with some of the close ranged/melee enemies relative to their animations, larger than they seem but still able to predict with timing. Great game overall!

Super cute! Just had a hard time getting over the initial mission with the Trash Panda Posse - took me a while to figure out how to get through the waves. But now that I've done that part, I'm moving on to the rest of the game and it's quite satisfying! Describing this game to a friend, they said, "Hells yeah, that sounds adorable!" It is.
