Hit about two hours in this game. Can't get the music out of my head. Every door, item, and picture is just another excuse for me not to stare at it so I don't miss any clues. Every room you're in is just an entirely new and visceral experience. There is a poetic state of being not being able to simply look up the challenges or see the game on a thumbnail. We are in uncharted territory, and I love every second of it. Get this game. The only thing I will say right now (as of 10/12/2024) is that there are some parts of the game that are extremely "no man's land" puzzles. There are rooms you will not know what to do, things you will not know how to interact with, and words that will make no sense. Nevertheless, that is all part of the fun.8 found this helpful
This game has had me hooked for a week straight. I initially watched a friend played and tried to help solve the puzzles in this, then decided to get it for myself when we got stuck on the apple one. THE GOOD: Klobgniak's House is a liminal-horror masterpiece, even at just the start screen I was already unnerved by the eerie atmosphere and strange music. Oh boy was I in for a surprise when a horrifying mannequin yelled from across the room in that booming voice before full-sending it my way with loud clacking feet and distorted audio and visuals. Every second spent in this game has you on the edge of your seat, especially when the price you pay for your failure being your progress resetting. Initially not a terrible thing, but I'll come back to this point later. The atmosphere throughout the house leaves you feeling like something is wrong, like you've stepped into a strange fever dream and you're the only one who's aware that something isn't right. All the ''Others'', as Askaspras describes them, simply follow you with their gaze, sitting there like half-sentient puppets, the only one that actually moves bein…3 found this helpful
Really a hidden gem, if you enjoy playing games like Hello Neighbor you will love it. The art style is a breath of fresh air. You really feel like you are trying to escape a mad house, at first its unsettling and disturbing but then it feels kinda cozy and cute. Truly deserves more recognition.2 found this helpful
