Short puzzle game with a little bit of horror woven in. The puzzles aren't [i]too[/i] difficult and the "horror" element isn't that scary. The game does give you everything you need to know to solve the puzzles with a little bit of thinking; The stuff you read will often tell you where to look for things. There were a couple bugs I noticed, mainly the ability to use the flashlight before you pick it up off the floor, and a couple instability instances where the map disappears. I got about $10 of entertainment out of it for the 2.5 ish hours it took to complete.1 found this helpful

It’s a pretty rare treat to find a pure escape room style puzzle game in a legitimate horror setting, and Sphenoid nails it. It’s got really great puzzle design, slow-burn horror atmosphere (with occasional intense scares), and a solid prison/hospital setting. It’s not the most polished game, there’s definitely a pretty low-budget look to some of the animations and characters. But it still manages to satisfy that dark blood-soaked asylum feel. Pretty much every puzzle is well-made, zero moon logic. The only thing that got me stuck was some hard to see hot points. But otherwise it was a very smooth and engaging escape room puzzle game in my favorite kind of setting! Wish there were way more games like this.
