New Retro Arcade: Neon offers a nostalgic VR experience of playing classic arcade games in a virtual arcade setting that many players find enjoyable, but the software suffers from poor controller compatibility, setup difficulties, and effective abandonment by developers with little official support. While the community has created guides to help with configuration and some users successfully get it working with arcade controllers, newcomers often struggle with controller issues and complex emulation setup, leading to frustration and wasted money for those unwilling to troubleshoot extensively.
While the idea and initial execution were good, I can't recommend this due to the fact that its been effectively abandoned. You're basically on your own if you want to get this set up.2 found this helpful
i can not get this to work with my quest 3 controllers....i have tried to run with steam...vd...oculus app..i give up this app has taking my money and left me with less hard drive space2 found this helpful
I lover having my own retro arcade. emulated games can be a little tricky to sert up. Almost all controllers work. Get a arcade game controller for the best experience. There is a lot of support from the community for this arcade all you need to do is look.
Just fun playing old retro arcades in an arcade building. There are actual real life game machines available if your do some research and it is easy.
