BEST VRCADE 9000

"BEST VRCADE 9000" is a frankly garbage set of "retro" VR minigames, a very poorly done tech demo that somehow looks even worse than the 1990's failed-fad "Dactyl Nightmare". Needless to say, and I know nobody will be shocked, this was a dismal failure. What do you do in the game? Not much, it's just basic tech demo/minigames for VR. In terms of visuals, this features fairly low quality low poly 3D visuals which will deter a lot of gamers, understandably. Gaming is a visual medium, and while some developers struggle with creating high quality visuals, failing to do so is a disservice to gamers. It's very difficult to recommend bad looking games. It's VR exclusive, and that shows the developer failed to understand the most basic axiom of VR game design... if the only cool thing about your product is VR support, your product is not cool. On the matter of pricing and value for gamers, most "free" games on Steam aren't really free. There's often nasty mobile app cash shops, or content locked behind DLC, or donations being requested, or any other number of shady pricing schemes that could mislead gamers, but in this case I'm glad to say this really does appear to be a fully fr…

During these 10 hellish minutes the game managed to crash 3 times and the menu disappeared multiple times. Although, the game shows 3 games available to play it's the same game all over again.
