If you have any nostalgia for 8 bit games and have a VR headset, BUY THIS. Many of these hand-crafted 3D profiles go well beyond just a 3d "gimmick" and are truly transformative to play in 3D, especially VR or MR, and it maps well to either your VR controllers or a regular gamepad. You will be amazed at just how well it works and how adding a new perspective to these old 2d titles can really bring a different dimension to the experience, in the most literal reading of that. 100% would recommend, so long as you have NES ROMS to run in it(it doesn't come with them). My only issue is that it doesn't have profiles for Super Mario Bros 2 or Kirby's Adventure. Whether you have a VR headset or not, this adds a whole new dimension(literally) to your NES games. While some games may not look as good as others, it works with most popular NES games and plus there is a tool to add support for additional games if you wish to do so.
Very cool app! probably one of the best apps I have used for VR. My first console was the NES and to see my old games in 3D and in VR is just amazing.
