Leon's Crusade is a 2D retro platformer with light-RPG elements set in a medieval Spanish environment. There's a lot of things wrong with this game, most prominent is the terrible, really terrible graphics. They are absolutely better than retro pixel "art", but they're about as bad as you can get without going that low. Gameplay is extremely clunky and awkward. Resolution and controls are fixed, so the game falls far below minimum standard for PC. The presentation here is so bad that it prevents getting further into the game, but in a surprise to nobody, the deeper gameplay is just as bad. Developers are charging $4.60 for this, which is practically insane when you consider the extremely low quality. Regardless, these devs can at least give themselves a big pat on the back, because they made a game without using retro pixel graphics, which makes them better than 90% of indie devs.2 found this helpful

A truly hidden gem. Unfortunately, such complex and futurstic Game Design is not easy to digest at first for most paesants, hench some negative reviews. Yet, this daring masterpiece reinvents everything about gaming. For example, after spending ~40 minutes plus a couple restarts fetching a weapon, the game threw some absolutely unkillable enemies - some almighty 2-foot-long snakes. Here's the point, this game, a true pioneer of the Cruzada-like genre, lets you understand, even if's only the first encounter, that things in life don't always go the way you'd expect. A true one in a lifetime in a million in a cosmos masterpiece, that you should play for you own growth, as a gamer, but even more, as a person. Please consider buying.
