About Reginald Does His Thang
Reginald Does His Thang is a 2D platformer where you guide Reginald through a grotesque surreal world eating everything in sight and vomiting strategically to solve puzzles, fight enemies, and gather recipe pages for his grandfather. The game stands out with its dark humor and innovative mechanics like stacking your own corpses for platforming and unleashing different vomit types based on what you've consumed.

Reginald Does His Thang is a 2D platformer in which Reginald sets out to gather scattered pages for his grandfather's final recipe. In a surreal land where cannibalism, projectile vomiting, and neurological diseases are commonplace, Reginald must chop, shoot, explode, masticate and vomit his way toward discovering what terminal culinary masterpiece Grampinald is scheming to cook.
Key Features
- Perma-corpse : Reginald's expired bodies linger, allowing you to build corpse piles to clamber over, create safe spots for traversing spike fields, and even consume Reginalds of the past for health and... stomach ammunition.
- Consume: Eat whatever you can find to fill your stomach... enemies, rabbits, longpigs, Reginald's own corpses, pies, bacon, etc., and then...
- Regurgitate!: Vomit on command to stun enemies, cover spikes, and generally annoy Reginald's neighbors.
- Expand your palette: Certain cuisines will grant Reginald a stomach full of flaming fire vomit or freezing ice vomit.
- Help Grampinald: Explore 23 levels searching for 60 recipe pages in a concisely expressed gameworld that introduces new mechanics as progression is made.

Blew myself up, ate my own corpse, and then vomited my half-digested guts onto spikes in order to safely traverse them. 10/108 found this helpful
This game was just a fun treat. Tight controls, very unique mechanics, and tons of weird fun. 10/105 found this helpful
Completely ridiculous in the best way. Any game I can vomit and cannibilize my way through is a win in my book! Fun platformer, definitely worth a play.5 found this helpful
I just ate my own face. 'Nuff said.4 found this helpful
Reginald Does His Thang, developed and published by Epic Banana Games LLC, is an unapologetically strange 2D platformer that leans heavily into absurdity, dark humor, and unconventional mechanics to create an experience that feels unlike most games in its genre. From its premise alone—a grotesque culinary quest involving cannibalism, stomach management, and bodily functions—it is clear that the game is not interested in mass appeal. Instead, it commits fully to its bizarre identity, offering a platforming adventure that thrives on shock value, creativity, and mechanical experimentation. The narrative framework is intentionally eccentric. You play as Reginald, a peculiar protagonist tasked with helping his grandfather recover the scattered pages of a legendary final recipe. This simple objective serves as a loose thread tying together a series of surreal environments filled with hostile creatures, strange food items, and unsettling imagery. The story itself is not deeply explored through dialogue or exposition; rather, it exists as a thematic backdrop that reinforces the game’s grotesque culinary obsession and offbeat tone. Players are meant to absorb the world through interaction …1 found this helpful
A fun platformer to play and pass the time with, specially since it tried something new, it also includes some puzzle-ish characteristics using it's core mechanics, welp, this game is a fun self-eating XD Although it does have some minor problems, the biggest being the almost non-existent controller support, but as I always do, here is a basic list of what you'll find. Pros

Not an Unfair platformer.
Challenging gameplay.
Fun Mechanics.
Responsive Controls.
Possible to finish without dying (very finicky to achieve, but possible[strike], not worth thou[/strike]).
No need to 100% the game to reach the end.
Weird Concept.
Simple and nice Tutorial.
Cons

Side-death (touching side of spikes will kill you)
Damage from stomping enemies.
super slippery edges.
Horrible controller support (probably only works with 1 or 2, as I tried some and didn't work properly).
It's a really fun game to play, putting aside some of it's flaws that makes the game a little or alot frustrating, it also seems like it was made by a solo developer, which turned out really good. Unfortunately the game is meant to be played with a co…1 found this helpful
