my play time means nothing here Ive played with my friend alot over parsec ITS really Good its like Mario and Spelunky and Arcade games its just super Fun i really enjoyed it.

A run-based game with randomly generated levels, that counts as both roguelike and roguelite as difficulty determines if meta progression is kept. I find to be a really clever way of appealing to people that prefer meta progression and to people that want a static difficulty throughout. (Note: it does not play like Rogue for those people who believe roguelike means a clone of Rogue.) It can be easily compared to Spelunky that's clearly a big inspiration, however, this has a more cartoony presentation and a heavy focus on co-op, though singleplayer mode is also available. Co-op is definitely the way to best enjoy the game. It is a shame about the lack of online play, but if the ping is low enough, then Parsec or Steam Remote Play works out just fine. Highly recommended!

Basically Spelunky but with deeper systems such as crafting, storage, shops (outside of the levels) and some neat little co-op interactions. It's great fun if you like Spelunky. Another game I played with my nephew.

FALLING OUT takes the familiar structure of a 2D roguelite and gives it a cheerful cooperative personality built around exploration, platforming, crafting, and unpredictable disasters. Rather than treating this situation with grim seriousness, the game embraces humor and colorful pixel-art presentation, creating an adventure where getting crushed by a trap or making a terrible jump can be almost as entertaining as successfully escaping a temple. Each expedition sends the characters through procedurally generated environments packed with enemies, traps, treasure, resources, and exits that are not always conveniently located. Because layouts change between attempts, players need to react to their surroundings instead of simply memorizing a predetermined route. Exploration becomes especially tense when flooding enters the equation. This game lacks charm and challenge. I cannot find any reason to play this instead of Spelunky. I feel that 15 minutes was enough to see that this game is not worth any more of my time. I strongly recommend playing Spelunky, Celeste, Decline's Drops, Splasher, 20XX, 30XX, Super Time Force Ultra, Mosa Lina, or SteamWorld Dig 1 or 2 for a much more fun and memorable experience.

I played this game in local co-op with my wife. We've never been so angry and frustrated at a game before (and we've beaten Cuphead, which is quite difficult). Like another review says, the second boss is very tough even we did manage to kill it once. The third world features the most annoying enemy type which (i) sticks to you that can only be got rid off by falling with some height and (ii) constantly emit nosy sound effects. Imagine having three or four of them around you for some time and after quitting the game your head can still hear those noises.
