There are a lot of great things here... I want to thank the developers for making this game. It's got a lot of potential. I give it a "check it out" rather than a hard recommend. I think I will be back... the main issue for me right now is the AMMO. You really should be able to buy ammo separately. The driving is okay but could use some work. Some of the cars slide just a bit too much but I'm sure that can be fixed down the road. The Melee should really be a last resort. Maybe if you incorporated a stealth option to the gameplay rather than forcing the Melee... it might fit better with the overall Mafia theme. Anyway the game just came out so hopefully after some time, perhaps the combat system will get better. I really feel bad about refunding this game... the only reason I am refunding it is because I don't think I'll come back to it at its current state. I want to support the developer because I like this project but I would just be wasting $10 on my part. I will FOLLOW this game and check up on the updates to see where it has gone. A competent take on a top down open world game mixing Hotline Miami-like combat with GTA1-like exploration. At first the HM-like segments looked underwhelming, but in gameplay they are much better than anticipated. Driving is somewhat tough and takes time getting used to, especially at the start of the game, in winter time. Driving games from Driver also make an appearance, with missions like Chase, Getaway, Survival. Once the combat "clicks", it becomes pretty satisfying and you can get into a smooth flow of actions. The CRT filter and texture filtering is optional, too - so you can tailor the game's looks to how you prefer the most.7 found this helpful
Mission Success! I love this game's aesthetic when its nighttime in game with it snowing or raining with the PSX CRT filter. Also thanks for tossing in the mixtapes for other Dosman games. I love seeing a publisher advertise within other published titles.3 found this helpful
very neat blend of old school top down GTA and Hotline Miami (with a hint of driver). Driving is the my fav part of the game tbh, there's a dedicated burnout button, just like in the old driver games, and chaining drifts while evading the law is really satisfying.1 found this helpful

Honestly I have to respect this indie dev bringing the fun of GTA 2 to PC and including co op.
