Loretta's Brand-New Job

This is an ok game, I have very mixed feelings about it. I wish that instead of having basically everyone have a go with Loretta, the Antagonist was serious about her and tried to keep her entirely to himself as a path in the game, with the free use being an alternate path. I also REALLY wasn't a fan of the tattoos that were added to Loretta later on, I feel they really didn't suit her, think it would have been better to make those optional. Finding what to do could be a chore at times, I feel like they could've put all the locations in 1 "street" given how few there were to save some wandering. This all seems like I'm negative about the game, but I did enjoy it, I just think a lot of potential was wasted at the same time. I wish this had start ratings instead of recommend or not recommend, since as I mentioned, my feelings are mixed, I'm gonna "recommend" but if I had to rate it out of 5 I'd do either 2.5 or 3 personally.

Loretta's Brand-New Job is a narrative-focused adult RPG that combines political intrigue, relationship drama, exploration, and mature themes within a setting inspired by the early twentieth century. Developed by AVANTGARDE and published by Kagura Games, it does not attempt to compete with traditional RPGs through elaborate battles or complicated character-building systems. Instead, its appeal comes from following a gradually escalating personal conflict and investigating the people responsible for disrupting what initially appears to be a relatively ordinary married life. The story follows Elio, a politician who accepts a new position as editor-in-chief of his political party's newspaper. His wife, Loretta, begins working alongside him as his secretary, establishing what seems like a promising new chapter for the couple. Their situation becomes considerably more complicated when Fabro enters the picture. Although he joins the organization as a writer, his ambitions reach much further. Good NTR with a cute elf wife and hypnosis. I liked it.

So this game has it's issues, but the the NTR is good, the artwork is solid, and it respects your time. I wasn't planning on doing a pure run, but i hated the bad guy so much i did it out of spite. Worth the price if you can deal with NTR and its on sale.

This game has an interesting concept, but the world is ugly. Playing this game, you feel like your in some soviet communist era world. I didn't like the style. In addition to the game being ugly, the H scene artwork is really strange. Whoever drew this artwork must not know the anatomy of a woman because the proportion sizes are so far off it just seems rediculous. The other thing I didn't like about this game is that areas of the map suddenly open up without any warning, so directions that you couldn't go suddenly are open, but because you've been given no notice, you play the game for hours wondering around wondering why there is nothing to do, and it's because you're suppose to go to this new area that you weren't told about. The game is also very short. The world is very small. And the character diologu is boring and uninteresting. It's just not a fun RPG to play. I mean, if you want to pay money for an RPG, it should be good. And this isn't good enough.
