**Recommended, with a few reservations.** *Sassy Girl* is an enjoyable visual novel with a fun premise, attractive character designs, and enough personality to keep me interested through the story. It starts with a fairly light, playful tone, with character interactions that are easy to get into and scenes that do not take themselves too seriously. One thing worth noting is the shift in tone around Chapter 3, where the story begins to introduce more serious themes, including mental health issues. I appreciated the attempt to add more emotional weight and depth to the characters, although the change does feel quite noticeable compared to the earlier chapters. Depending on what you are expecting from the game, this may either make the story more engaging or feel like a slightly uneven change of direction. The dialogue is also a bit odd in places and sometimes feels like it may have suffered from translation issues. It is not enough to ruin the experience, but there are moments where the wording feels unnatural or slightly clumsy, which can take you out of the scene a little — especially in a visual novel where the writing is such a big part of the experience. I really have almost nothing positive to say about this game. The writer isn't really a BAD writer, but this is a badly written story. UGH! I honestly don't know if this is a sign of AI writing, or just a well educated human doing a bad job telling a story. I don't really like the whole AI revolution much. People who have followed me for a long time would be able to guess that. Still though, I am a curious soul. I downloaded a local LLM with an uncensored personality. It was designed to write, and I asked it to critique a 36,000 word draft I had, and that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ AI went all kinds of 'The Shining' on me. I gotta be honest, I would rather see AI writing like that in these porn games than the ♥♥♥♥ today's virgin, incel boys put out. So, why am I giving this game a thumbs up anyway? This game has a nice story it's a lot of fun a lot of who's done it and it is enjoyable I finished this game in 27 hours and 1 minute so it has a nice length to it and it's in its entirety so it's the whole game there's no other chapters so it can be enjoyed all at once the sexual encounters are very interesting to say the least it is enjoyable it's not my type of sexual encounter however but I'm not gonna criticize that for a good story had a lot of fun to the game the sexual encounter thing that's my preference not the authors lot of people will enjoy it it's more like fighting one's morals through the whole game so anybody that wants this game sure go get it you do what you get a lot of content for the $9.99 that the game cost
TL;DR I actually personally like this game a lot but cannot recommend this game for one primary reason which is the nature of the content and a lesser secondary reason which is due to the inconsistent writing in both quality and maybe some kind of translation error This game has a lot more going on under the hood than most AVNs. While it starts off pretty by the numbers it dramatically has the potential to really go off the rails. While I won't drop spoilers what I will say is if you choose to review the achievements it give you a pretty clear picture how far this whole things goes. After completing it the game had me so confused and twisted up I wasn't even sure if the core information is right. As all of these games there is a page that shows you capture numbers of the key female characters and by the end of it I couldn't tell you if any of them meant a damn thing. Seriously one character ended the game in the high twenties and another around nine and I ended up with all the capture targets at some point. It's not the greatest game in the world, but it doesn't try to be. It's fun and the story is good enough. The characters and situations are over the top. The choices make a difference. Give it a shot. It was time well spent.
Just finished the story getting all of the girls. I see there are some scenes that I missed along the way. I will revisit the story to unlock the other scenes. Good story. The good team won in the end.
