About The Feeble Files

On his way home after another successful day creating crop circles to amuse and entertain the simple people of the backward planet "Earth", our hero Feeble suffers a slight mishap in his spaceship which results in the utter destruction of a rather important Company research laboratory. The one run by his boss, in fact.

If that wasn't bad enough, whilst drowning his sorrows in the local Space Bar, he somehow manages to get himself involved with the shadowy Freedom Fighters, a crack team of rebels who seek to overthrow the tyrannous regime of the OmniBrain, Ruler of Everything.

What follows is an epic space adventure which sees Feeble undertaking acts of betrayal, intrigue, revolution, and even a bit of cross dressing, in an attempt to right his previous wrongs and save the universe from a fate worse than life.

With over eighty locations to visit, 6000 lines of dialogue and more puzzles than a HappyBot can shake your severed arm at, The Feeble Files takes adventuring into another galaxy!
  • The original 4 CDs version
  • Great references to dystopia-themed books and movies
  • A captivating story full of dark humor, set in a world you wouldn't like to live in
  • Original and memorable characters that will fascinate, surprise and often repulse you

Great game. I've had to look up the answer ti a couple of puzzles and I found that the solution was the same thing I was trying to do, but you had to do it in a more convoluted way which is a bid annoying

I simultaneously love and hate this game...but mostly the former. The characters, the humor and the story are its greatest strengths. The approprietly named Feeble is charmingly pathetic and perfectly voiced by Red Dwarf's Robert Llewelyn, which instantly gives the game a distinctly British identity. In one of the first lines of dialogue, Feeble complains about bureucracy and calls his employers "fascists" (behind their backs of course). It's nice to hear the voice actors use such a wide variety of accents, which makes sense for a game where characters literally come from different planets. You'll meet a cockney death robot, a Scottish store clerk, an American announcer, etc. The graphics, as dated as they are, are actually pretty nice-looking and work well because of the art style. The backgrounds and inventory items in particular, are quite detailed and the low resolution actually makes them look like regular, hand-drawn graphics. The characters are more obviously CGI but since they're aliens and robots, it doesn't really matter because they have personality. Apart from some minor bugs that don't break gameplay, the game only has 2 main problems: 1) The interface. You'll oft…
