Dexter Stardust: Adventures in Outer Space is a point and click adventure game where you play as the titular Dexter Stardust, living in a world where humanity has moved into the solar system after a devastating attack on Earth. Dexter and his best friend Aurora are on an ordinary delivery mission when they encounter an alien robot, who comes with a message and a mission. You follow Dexter as he completes missions and untangles the mystery of the robot, the aliens from Vrees (Planet X), and his family's past. As the story unfolds, you learn more about what life looks like for humanity outside of Earth and uncover the murky details of the conflict between Vrees and Earth and how Dexter's family was connected to it. I was pretty invested in the story and trying to work out what was really going on. Some of the reveals were pretty predictable, but the ending was surprising and heartwarming (although also a cliffhanger). Dexter is a likeable, complex protagonist, and I enjoyed his dynamics with the other characters, especially Aurora and Uncle Jedo. The voice acting was okay, except for a couple of low-quality, echo-y recordings. Most of the jokes are pretty funny and I enjoyed the li…6 found this helpful
A fun adventure game. Well made and not too hard for newcomers to the genre. Even though the store page says that the game doesn't support controllers, it does.1 found this helpful

It doesn’t try to reinvent the genre, but it understands exactly what makes these games enjoyable. GOOF: ✔️Fun, lighthearted sci-fi story ✔️Clean, colorful visuals and animation ✔️Puzzles are logical and rarely frustrating ✔️Classic point-and-click feel BAD: ❌Short overall playtime ❌Puzzles may be too easy for veterans ❌Limited challenge and depth Verdict: A relaxed, enjoyable adventure that’s perfect for fans of classic point-and-click games or anyone looking for a low-stress, story-driven experience. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=21jCFM6QBGQ
And don't forget to Subscribe to my Youtube

Join my Steam Group
1 found this helpful
This game is for slowminded noobs, it is not hard, nor is the story engaging. I care not for the characters... but the art is nice.1 found this helpful
It was a pretty decent Point & Click game. A bit cheesy though. I hope there's a sequel.
Very polished AA point and click. Thematically close to Deponia, not only the Space, but the protagonist shamelessly grabs everything not bolted down and does other morally questionable things just to move forward in his quest. Awesome - more grabbing, less jabbing. The main game is in chapter 3 and others feel like intro/outro.
