Ghostland Yard

It pains me to laeve a negative review to this game, but there is just too much wrong with it. In many ways, it ALMOST gets it - but in many more, the game is just... meh. It was several worlds in that I realized I... just wasn't having fun. Do boring levels with unfair obstacles again, and again, and again. No rhyme, no progression, every level is hard as f, just pray this one time your inputs actually bring you to the end of the levels. The difficulty is artifical and this game just goes on and on and on... 1) The controls are floaty. In a way, the game almost gets it, but the tail of our character doesn't help. This makes many jumps plain and simply way too hard. 2) You can't help but compare this to super meat boy; in a way, many of the things SMB did wouldn't pass today, and it was lucky to come out then, sure, but SMB had void worlds, hidden secrets, many chars, unlocks, and much, much clearer and easy to practice levels. 3) The extra levels for each world are just pure pain. i think it's pretty cool if you like platformers like Super Meat Boy or The End Is Nigh, I reccomend it! and if you like suffering, there's insanely harder versions of each world that can be unlocked and played through, called Apocalypse worlds
