not too far into it, but the premise is intriguing, will update. be aware of color gradient differences when looking for people to ID; certain colors are a bit washed out and may appear lighter/darker than they actually are when filtering.
If you’re into games like Papers Please, this one might catch your eye, but fair warning: it’s way slower and doesn’t have much of a story.
The concept is cool — instead of earning money, you get the right to ask questions to figure out what’s going on. The problem is, after a while, the slow pace makes you stop caring about the story, and you just want to finish it. It takes about 6 to 10 hours to complete. On the bright side, the game is visually beautiful and unique. If you’re looking for something different, relaxing, and a bit zen to play at night, it’s worth a shot. Just don’t expect much excitement. Score: 6/10

I have mixed feelings about this game. On one hand, the idea behind the game is very interesting. Turning Guess Who into something as dystopic as spy on people and digging for their personal info ? Hats off. The visuals are very nice and immersive, capturing the uneasy feeling of being stuck in a closed space. But on the other, the game feels unfinished. A couple of bugs here and there (like not getting the codes in time until you close the game and launch it again, not being able to select the voice option in the blind ruler question, or the "Be Cool" judgment not working half of the time, and the lack of proofreading (a typo in one of the bot's texts, as well as phrasing mistakes like being asked for a data card when it's an action file). Not to mention the repetitiveness, which is a problem that quickly reveals itself in a multiple ending game. It's lacking fun in the replayability department. Sure, the people are different from each seed, meaning you'll have to work harder on your answers. But : - The inquiries are still the same (Minus the Judgment part that changes depending on your path). - The bot has the same dialogue (Again, minus the pivotal questions…

Phenomenal game about gathering intelligence that never stops revealing it actually simulated more and more of a full civilisation just so you could snipe someone 7ft tall when they're five steps away from their apartment one minute after curfew. Technically impressive, compelling gameplay, intriguing story, excellent atmosphere. Well worth the price.
