Pompeii: The Legacy

Nice looking roman city builder. I enjoyed the game, like some old classics, but the graphics are pretty. Dev still active and replied directly to me in discussions for some suggestions I made and helped me get perfect achievements in this game :) Wish I realised you could set a max limit on resources a little earlier as I got stressed by the storage being full all the time.

Quite enjoyable. I look forward to more scenarios or worlds.

it is good fun to build Rome within a day. There are three options for the game mode. The sound and visual effects are great. It is an enjoyable building game.

It's my first day playing, but I think this is a very good ancient city builder so far. I got it at a discount on sale in bundle with one that I already had, but it would've been worth it at full price as well. The detail level, of the buildings and animations of people working is great. There are alternate building models for variety, and you can change them by clicking "B" when placing. The music is good if somewhat repetitive. The horse rider animation can be bugged at times, the talking head portraits of the campaign their voices don't fit together well, and it's odd that supply depots don't show an inventory, but these are all minor complaints. The are a lot of cool quality of life features, like moving buildings, the alternate building models as mentioned, and the button to expand the resources view at the top of the screen. I didn't like the default camera setup, but there are a lot of settings for fine tuning, so I was able to adjust and get it where I liked it. It also helped to turn the camera sensitivity all the way down. Settings go so into detail that you can even change how much foliage sways in the wind.

So far the game is quite boring and easy to me. I will try it a bit longer...
