Cellveillance
🎮 Cellveillance ⭐ Mixed / “Eh… can play, but don’t expect masterpiece”
😐 MEDIOCRE GAME REVIEW (HONEST TAKE) Alright… let’s be real about this one. Cellveillance is one of those games where you start like : “Wah this concept quite interesting ah…” …and end like : “Okay… not bad… but also not amazing.” 🕵️‍♂️ CONCEPT: SPYING SIMULATOR WITH MORAL DAMAGE You play as a broke apartment manager forced to spy on tenants using hidden cameras and report their secrets to some shady organization. Sounds spicy right? And honestly… it is interesting at first. + You snoop into people’s lives + Discover secrets (affairs, crimes, weird stuff) + Decide whether to report or protect them There’s even a karma system + money pressure, so every decision feels like: “Do I be good person… or pay my bills?” Good idea. Execution? Half cooked. 🎮 GAMEPLAY: MOSTLY WATCHING… AND CLICKING This is an FMV game, so don’t expect action. You’ll spend most of your time: - watching camera footage - clicking dialogue choices - walking around slowly - reading emails like office worker At first, it feels immersive. After a while? Feels like doing internship in CCTV control room. 🧠 ST…

The latest chapters were too philosophical for my taste.

I really like this game

A lot of VNs have branching paths, but this game really is in the top tier of the genre. Rarely are the branches so very diverse as in this game. The dev team really put in the work to make the choices more than just a slight scene change. I'd recommend this for anyone who is a fan of the genre. So many layers to peel back to get the true endings and the strong writing make this a must own at it's current price.
