🎮 Cellveillance ⭐ Mixed / “Eh… can play, but don’t expect masterpiece”
😐 MEDIOCRE GAME REVIEW (HONEST TAKE) Alright… let’s be real about this one. Cellveillance is one of those games where you start like : “Wah this concept quite interesting ah…” …and end like : “Okay… not bad… but also not amazing.” 🕵️♂️ CONCEPT: SPYING SIMULATOR WITH MORAL DAMAGE You play as a broke apartment manager forced to spy on tenants using hidden cameras and report their secrets to some shady organization. Sounds spicy right? And honestly… it is interesting at first. + You snoop into people’s lives + Discover secrets (affairs, crimes, weird stuff) + Decide whether to report or protect them There’s even a karma system + money pressure, so every decision feels like: “Do I be good person… or pay my bills?” Good idea. Execution? Half cooked. 🎮 GAMEPLAY: MOSTLY WATCHING… AND CLICKING This is an FMV game, so don’t expect action. You’ll spend most of your time: - watching camera footage - clicking dialogue choices - walking around slowly - reading emails like office worker At first, it feels immersive. After a while? Feels like doing internship in CCTV control room. 🧠 ST…5 found this helpful
很少发评论,但这个影游我真的要给满分,耐玩度和可探索度,故事情节以及结局描述的文笔以及各种梗的引用,编剧真的下足了功夫,这钱花得真的值!
I really like this game
A lot of VNs have branching paths, but this game really is in the top tier of the genre. Rarely are the branches so very diverse as in this game. The dev team really put in the work to make the choices more than just a slight scene change. I'd recommend this for anyone who is a fan of the genre. So many layers to peel back to get the true endings and the strong writing make this a must own at it's current price.
6/10 Fun game with a couple of scary moments. But not really top tier. Unskippable E-mail segments when back-tracing the story-line is really annoying. I think it's almost inevitable you will end up with one of the girls you didn't want when you reach the true ending the first time, because you have to have unlocked each girl's route once. So I had to backtrack for the girls I didn't want the first time, then it means I ended up with the one I liked the least. This is really bad design. Glasses girl is best girl. If you just made a FMV game of dating her, I would play that for sure.
The game has a great start. I love the plot of monitoring all the residents and making decisions based on the given info. Yet, the game turn into something entirely different toward the end. I don't like that concept.
