Nice puzzle game with great atmosphere and a story. If you like games like the room you might like this. Pros: *Atmosphere *Gfx *Acting/Voice acting *Story is decent but not overly complex Cons: *Short/Price Despite the short playtime i dont regret buying the game. Hope the dev brings more remakes/new puzzle games. All in all (for what it is) 8/10

Definitely worth it, it is a worthy remake. Atmosphere is great, and the house is beautifully rendered. Puzzles were a bit easy overall (compared to the original). But I enjoyed it. My only gripe is that once completed there is no open house mode like in the original. I did breeze through it however.

if you're an expert puzzler looking for a difficult challenge, back away from this one. However, it is no doubt a great game where you can solve puzzles while breathing the immersive ambiance, and where you can feel the nostalgia of how games have changed since the original 7th Guest The FMVs have been replaced by live action 3D capture of real actors, and although the technology is not absolutely perfect, it felt the most realistic games can do with the current tech. It's not like there's a very complicated raytracing that burns your GPU or anything, it's just that the actors' movements felt real, you can feel the performance as if it was a movie, but you can move around them, and look from every angle About the final puzzle, without spoiling anything, I must say that if you're a puzzle purist you may be a bit disappointed by it. the rest of the experience was worth it for me, but be prepared to bear with the last moments of the game

Great atmosphere--creepy without (so far) any jump scares, which I appreciate, lol.

All I get is the message "DirectX12 not supported on your system." It is in fact supported on my my hp2025 PC. It appears you actually need DirectX12 ultimate, which isn't. Who knew? I didn't see it mentioned before I handed over my irretrievable pennies. Should it be a lottery?

I grew up watching my dad play this and I've waited a long time to play this myself. Still absolutely love this game!
