By using Koishi's Third Eye, find or obtain things hidden in the mental world.
But the more you use it, the more bloodshot her Third Eye becomes.
Relieve it using eyedrops before the Eye goes all red.
Koishi Komeiji
A girl who reads the thoughts of others. Fearing her Third Eye, she's spent most of her life alone, locked up in her room.
She's a living being, and must have had parents, but they are nowhere to be seen. Her sister has left her all alone. What could she be up to?
One night, however, Koishi wakes up in an unfamiliar room, and her life is changed forever.

The art and music are excellent, the translation is not the best, like I remember playing this game years ago and thinking the same, but I thought that maybe after a couple of years the devs would fix it, but nope, it is still the same. I still recommend buying it, as the story is easy to understand even with the weird translation.
As someone who grew up loving Fran Bow and Touhou, this is a really neat game. The visuals are really nice. It's pretty short though, I wish it was longer. But highly recommended as it is somewhat a new experience (not your usual bullet hell). So definitely worth trying out!
3rd eye is a psychological horror adventure that relies far more on emotional unease and surreal atmosphere than traditional horror mechanics.
