I love misao. this is one of my favorite rpg horror games alongside Ib and Mad father. the original game altered my life so much and hurt me in a way no game hurt me before. i have a small gripe with the remake though. i feel like them replacing finding misaos body parts with finding her items takes away from the overall story of what happened to misao. i was glad they at least kept the hands thing, but finding misaos body around the school is what made it so much sadder when playing the original. the story is still amazing and i love the callbacks to mad father in Librarys room. i just wish that they kept the original horror aspect of misao; the horror of being a young woman who cant fight back. all in all, amazing remake, amazing art, great characters and new jumpscares and deaths. 9/10!!!!1 found this helpful
Library my beloved
A quick and dark RPG maker horror game! The original came out in 2011, and here you have the option to play either the 2017 definitive edition or the 2024 remaster. Both seem to be a little censored; the scenes I remember most from the original have been changed to be less gruesome and are no longer memorable. The story itself is still the same, though!
better than Corpse Party (works great on Steamdeck btw)
