A Pizza Delivery

Got this game for free for a stream, and I had to stop about an hour in. This game definitely needs some work. The mouse control issue is something I'm surprised more people haven't brought up; this is a no controller game yet the mouse doesn't stay focused on the game. Meaning when you use your mouse to control the camera, it'll move around your entire computer, causing you to press other things. When you're in the menu trying to mess with settings, it'll still move the camera around too. It's really jarring. It's still playable considering you don't need to click anything, but I don't understand how the game was even finished with that in it. The graphics settings are also extremely lacking. I've never seen a game just have a simple slider for their graphics settings. Instead of being able to change everything individually, you are basically stuck to sliding to either Low, Medium, or High. I really needed to change my settings, as I'm a VTuber so it was effecting how my model was working on stream. But once I changed it to medium, the whole game started playing worse, not just looking worse. It was jittery, it had screen tearing, etc. Something which could've been a non-issue…

No cursor lock. Essentially unplayable (for me).

I hope the DEVELOPER make more awesome games, I will never forget this journey.

I can feel the heart in it, and it makes for a decent experience. I think it's best at the moments where the music picks up during some surreal or beauty moments, and it just makes you want to take some time to stop and stare a bit longer. I would have liked a bit more of poking at the secrets, and some of what they hint at, but it makes sense that the journey was where the focus went (both over distance and emotion). If you are planning for a singular journey through the game though, waiting for it to go on-sale might be best, as it can be done in one session.

Cons ❌ A key story beat feels missing - What seems meant to be mysterious ended up feeling more incomplete than intriguing. ❌ Character designs feel slightly off - There’s something unsettling there, but not in a way that feels fully intentional or polished. ❌ Ends very quickly and abruptly - It feels like there was more story to tell, but it got compressed into smaller fragments instead. This game says it's not controller supported but it is I was pleasantly surprised when my controller started to vibrate I do recommend the controller cause the sensitivity on the mouse was a bit much On another note None of the puzzles were hard Story was cute and unsettling The world is very weird but oh so pretty I want to deliver more cold pizza
