A Winding Path

I adore everything about "A Winding Path" - the simple hand-drawn art style, the black-and-white aesthetic, and the charming pencil drawings with their imperfections. The ambient environment sounds create a wonderful atmosphere for exploration. The lovely story and beautiful finale, along with hidden rewards, make for a delightful 2D adventure. Highly recommended.

I'm in love! beautiful in it's simplicity, this game takes me back to my youth when you would dwelve into a pc game you got a copy of on a slick 5.25 disk and went to town! Really reminds me of a game called BELOW THE ROOT that was a side scrolling open world game way ahead of it's time and actually makes me long to see amodern remake with this style, anyway, great wholesome easy to follow along game i want to take my time with because I can tell I'll be sad when it's over!

I've played through A Winding Path a couple of times now and figured I should finally leave a review. This is a charming little game that you can finish in just a few sittings. The art, the story, and the world are all simple and endearing. The story is a straightforward tale of bringing communities together through thanksgiving. With a hint of mystical healing for both people and nature. Again, I've really enjoyed this game through multiple play throughs. I will continue to enjoy it in future play throughs.

This game is a very nice little indie gem. We had a lot of fun playing it. The story is cute and a bit fairytale-like and fantastic. Collecting the achievements was also a nice goal for us. The puzzles were not always obvious (but never unfair) and so we were able to puzzle a little. The minimalist graphic style in the style of animated pencil drawings reminded me of my school days when I used to doodle similar sketches during breaks and was the main reason for my purchase. The music and sounds are fitting and create a cosy atmosphere. It was a very enjoyable journey, I highly recommend this game to any adventure game fan.
