Once upon a time in the World of Imagi…WELCOME TO THE BIGGEST LIVE-COMPETITION THEATER EVER SEEN!
Imagi is the country where fairy tale characters live, with its bad guys and damsels in distress. So much so that becoming prince charming is a treacherous path where the gloves really come off! Two, three or four players all pretend to be princes who must survive a series of challenges, the goal being to... make the others fail! The competition will be tough, but very funny!
The Great Romantic Games of Imagi are ready to start! The first competitors are making their entrance: the regular Prince Charming and his dear Princess Abraca, Hansel and Gretel (the two enormous kids) and several colorful creatures are waiting to jump into the battle. And there are even more champions to this roster: Don Quichotte, a masochist BBW (Big Bad Wolf) followed by the nasty Red Hood. Turn up the heat, because the Snow Queen is coming from the north and she’s bringing a big furry beast with her!
But dreams of friendly jousts between high-born nobles will collapse when faced with the reality of extreme fights against monsters and falling endlessly into traps and pits everywhere! Loyalty, bravery, honour – forget them all! Their fiercest opponents will be each other, for only the most cunning competitors can win this free-for-all dungeon race!

– PRINCE CHARMING or BEAST? Both, my dear. As one of the 5 princes (each with their unique powers), you must complete each stage as fast as possible, while your 3 monster opponents activate traps and defenses to slow you down and make you fall. You can also play a princess, fighting against 3 of your "best friends" in an arena to give a life bonus to your prince for the next stage. The power of love…
Be careful, ABRACA is a controller-exclusive game, you will need 1 controller per player. Make sure you own such devices before you purchase the game. The game can only be played in offline local multiplayer mode of up to 4 players.

This is an unfair review as I did not play the game. Why? I have 5 PlayStation 4 controllers but it seems that they are not compatible. This game looks great and I was really excited to play it but I do not want to buy 4 xbox controllers for this one game. I hope that this can be fixed. Sorry for the thumbs down but I have bought a game that I cannot play at the moment.7 found this helpful
[h1]ABRACA truly is an excellent party game.[/h1] It offers longer rounds than many other local multiplayer games out there, without taking as long as something like mario party. ABRACA also offers a switch up to the standard mini-game formula typically offered by party games. Players take turns racing through a segmented large map, and the other players are ghosts which can opperate monsters and machinery in the level. The final segment is a boss fight, the first player to beat the boss wins which makes it intense for the ghost players. After each segment players fight in typical arena styled combat in random game modes such as collecting items, survival or deathmatch modes. The winner will receive bonuses in their next segment attempt. There is a limited pool of good local multiplayer party games on steam. ABRACA is certainly one of them, and is probably the best. Why am I playing this? What am I doing with my life? What have I become? If you like party-type gameplay, you probably already have a console with Mario Party or similar big-name titles that you're already playing. If, somehow, you're a party-game aficionado who has no access to those better-known games, you could play this, I guess. There are worse games. If you're sitting alone wondering how you turned into a near-inanimate lump of carbon compounds, playing games you don't care about in order to write reviews that no-one reads, however, [i]Imagic Games[/i] will do nothing to keep the existential dread at bay.
