Holy hell, what a mess. No idea what kind of psychotropic substance the developers of this game have been consuming while working but that's the only explanation for the way the menu system works. If you just go in blind, wielding your trusty mouse, you won't get very far as the only way to use the main menu is by selecting the entries with the cursor keys and then pressing Space. If you don't do that and naively click on absolutely [i]anything[/i] the entire unskippable intro cinematic plus language selection again. Should you happen to start the actual game by accident or through trial and error ... oh, the horror that awaits. If you expected an actual game after enduring the madness of the main menu you'll be in for no surprise. Again, the game only accepts the keyboard as input but at least this time it'll actually tell you. Would have been a great idea the first time around, wouldn't it? But the key bindings are hardcoded and so the attack button is on "J". Why? Ever heared of ... well, any easy to reach key if you absolutely [i]have[/i] to hardcode keys? ADM 2(WHEN WORLDS COLLIDE) is yet another construction kit template copy+paste from serial shovelware pushers, HandMade Games. These guys (or just one guy flipping accounts to mislead gamers) do nothing but copy premade game templates and game tutorials, fill out a few things/stamp out basic levels using the construction kit templates, slap on an asset flipped set of sprites/assets, and dump them on Steam and into DailyIndieGame bundles as cash grabs. Trying to get paid for someone else's game templates, assets... at best, this is shovelware, at worst, it's a scam/cash grab. This is a woefully badly made 2D top down brawler/shooter that tries to look like an RPG, but instead it's actually garbage. Poorly made, poorly translated, poorly copied+pasted. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. A choice was made to use obsolete, decades old retro pixel "art" as a substitute for contemporary PC graphics. It's unclear if this is due to lack of budget or talent, regardless, the overall visual quality of the game is extremely low as a result.
