Assassin's Creed is back with Victorian spiderman simulator! In this edition, you get to zip along London's landmarks with a grapling hook. It is easy to get confused at times if you are still playing an AC game. Assassin's Creed games remind me of the crazy hot chick I dated in college. I hate loving them, but can't help myself. Like her, the game is visually impressive, and also feels a tad manipulative. I know that all these little tid bits around the map are put there to trigger my obsessive collection impulses, but knowing it doesn't stop me from trying to get every last glitch. In this edition, the game taps into our need for social justice. As we keep killing industry tycoons, and liberating child laborers, I can't help wondering how many billionaires own how much of Ubisoft. Are there any games that don't work on Linux anymore? I can't tell. Every game I try just works.1 found this helpful
Make sure to install on a SSD Pretty good game from the Unity Syndicate era. Didn't like it at the time but it's grown on me
I'm choosing to recommend this game with the *asterisk being that it's a ubisoft title, so expect it to play like a ubisoft title. For as fun as it is, there are more than a few mildly infuriating typical Ubisoft-esque bugs in this game. The stealth and parkour are pretty great, and I enjoyed the story. The "beat 'em up" brawler style combat is not the best, however. Overall recommend, especially if you like assassin/stealth games like hitman.
