Sineus Arena Survivors

It has great bones I can see the sauce, but it is just too easy. It doesnt take much to be op especially if youve played rogue's before. Its at a cheap enough price where you can enjoy the game for like 3 days and then it just gets kind of boring. They progression, quests, and difficulty is just not hard. Once there is more modes, difficulties and maybe missions it'd be a great game.

I was looking for a game like Megabonk or Vampire Survivors and I came across this. This game has a good premise, but the controls are sluggish and honestly I think the worst part is how the music does NOT match the context and the moment of the game. Honestly, that's a huge negative since it makes the user experience awful. I had to refund it, I'll keep playing Vampire Survivors. Recommended? No

Honestly this game is pretty fun. It has great bones and made me want more from it. Not enough content for me, unfortunately. I broke the game by run 4 or 5 but it was really fun for the first 15 hours for sure. Hope they do more with this. Would love to revisit this at some point.

Sineus Arena Survivors takes the familiar bullet-heaven formula and gives it a more involved structure by combining frantic horde combat with base defense, exploration, building, and cooperative play. Developed and published by Sineus Games, it places the player in a constantly escalating battle against creatures known as the Gloom. Rather than simply surviving until a timer reaches zero, every run revolves around defending the Beacon, the heart of the settlement. Losing it means losing the battle, which gives the endless waves a tangible objective and forces players to think about more than their own character's health. Combat takes place from a third-person 3D perspective, with enemies arriving in increasingly dangerous numbers while the hero becomes stronger through weapons, upgrades, and artifacts. The progression has the satisfying snowball effect expected from the genre. Early encounters can feel relatively restrained, but a successful build eventually fills the battlefield with attacks and abilities capable of destroying large groups at once.
