Battle Simulator: Counter Terrorist, developed by Yurii Nikshych and published by TheGamesFortress, is a lightweight tactical sandbox that centers on planning small-scale engagements rather than actively controlling them. It positions itself somewhere between a simplified real-time strategy game and a hands-off simulation, where the player’s main role is to prepare a squad, deploy it effectively, and then observe how the battle unfolds.
