Bloody Service

This is cool. It definitely has a grindhouse vibe and it's also dreamlike. I have ADHD and it's a bit hard to understand all the lore in games but from what I do understand, the story is pretty interesting. I do think a single playthrough is a bit too short but at the same time there's a decent amount of things going on that you discover the more you play and replay trying different options. Some options don't seem to matter since they result in the same thing and it would be cool if there were more important choices changing what happens. I like the idea of moving objects from your pockets to your hands or vise versa but besides the scissors scene, the way you carry objects didn't seem to matter that much. I did notice different dialogue though like being asked if you have a tit if you put the ball in your shirt pocket. Edit: Another reviewer reckons the inventory placement really does matter. I didn't notice it mattering but perhaps I just didn't notice. I have most of them but there's still a few achievements I haven't gotten yet. Overall this was a very interesting FMV. Mixed feelings. Doesn't overstay it's welcome- but is nonsensical.

I had a great time. Plenty of surprises, and an ambiguously dark grizzly plot. I found the main character interesting, especially as you perception of them changes depending on the choices you decide to make and how you decide to interpret the, often matter of fact, dialogue. I am a big fan of the moving background gifs, I like details of the leaves of bushes moving in the wind. It has an original look when done in this low fidelity style. Overall I am content. The time passed by quite quickly, so I guess I must have been quite engaged.

Something a little different, it's some kind of whimsical - or cathartic, even. Bit repetitive to get all achievements/endings but, was fun.

HOLY CRAP there are visuals??????? I just played through like five endings while staring at a black screen with nothing but text. I still really enjoyed it, so I guess I will reccomend it, but wow none of the visuals ever showed. I bought it days ago, forgot what was on this store page and thought it was text-only as I was playing high out of my brain. I guess I'll play again and see if I can get the game to work? This is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ weird for me dude. So yeah make sure you can see things because apparently this game has an FMV element...
